Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
Fresh off London’s West End stage, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has come to Melbourne’s Regent Theatre. If you are in the mood for a feel-good musical, with a star-studded cast then this is the show for you. Full of humour, and heart-warming moments this biblical epic is suitable for all ages. Featuring lyrics by Tim Rice and a musical score composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber you can expect to hear many well-known classics like ‘Close Every Door To Me’. Quoted as being “A sensational reinvention… A Technicolor dream” by the Sunday Express (UK) this musical is a spectacle to behold. Myer Christmas Windows Celebrating 100 Years of Disney
While every year the Myer Christmas Windows are something to look forward to, this year’s display is extra special as it celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Disney!
Catch a variety of Walt Disney Company’s classic characters being brought to life in cute and fun scenarios. Enjoy a sense of childhood nostalgia as you make your way by each window at Myer on Bourke Street. This year marks the 67th year of the Myer window displays and it is not one to miss.
Go it alone, or take the little ones with you and see their faces light up in wonder as you walk by each beautifully curated window scene.

Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse
This one is for the fans of fashion. Starting on the 11th of December at the NGV visitors can enjoy seeing 60 garments and accessories designed by the iconic Alexander McQueen. Thanks to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) the NGV has been able to present McQueen’s pieces. Combined with close to 50 of McQueen’s designs housed at the NGV, this exhibition is the first in Australia to explore both McQueen’s finished works as well as designs.
Not only are McQueen’s works and designs on display but a selection of other mediums that inspired his designs have been placed on display from the NGV & LACMA collections. This exhibition is a worthwhile and dare I say once in a lifetime collaborative display that would be a shame to miss.
